Dominion War

The Dominion War was a bitter two year conflict between the Dominion and the Federation Alliance between 2374 and 2375. Both sides took heavy losses but the war ended with the Federation Alliance winning after the Dominion leader surrendered.

The war was one of the many reasons why Starfleet became more battle oriented with their crafts come 2380.
