The ship's dedication plaque reads:'' "Give me Liberty or give me Death..."'', a quote by Patrick Henry.

==History==
The ship was quickly rushed out of dry dock to assist in the defence of Empok Nor due to the [[Cardassians]] becoming quite agressive over [[Starfleet]] taking over the station.
