Ryuss is the Senior Political Director in the Stark for the Federation Presidential Campaign. A former Secretary of Health, Ryuss is well known for being a cautious, compassionate politician, and is thus often found in political manouvres to be someone's powerful second, rather than at the front of a policy or agenda.
