Okay in response to the Phoenix comments, Starfighters are not assigned to ships as normal. If you want to get some on your ship you need to talk to a member of the quad and explain the plot reason for having them, 99% of the time we're just going to approve it - but we reserve the right not to allow it.
At the present time the following ships have fighters

I've checked Enterprises website - it appears the Grim Reapers are no more - in an effort to harmonise the canon of SFCom I've moved the Grim Reapers to SFS-8 rather than SFVC-1 as all Starfighter squadrons are meant to have SFS numbers.
If there's a huge problem let me know, I can revert my changes.
