USS Gemini is an Intrepid Class Starship, the ship was originally salvaged and refit by Scardia. The company used the ship for a variety of tasks before it was returned to Starfleet by Captain Toby Nutley who used the ship to curry favour with Starfleet Command.
Following the return of the ship, Starfleet set about refitting the Gemini for active use.
While the ship is not yet 100 percent mission capable it has been given to Rear Admiral Sam Moore as a replacement for the now crippled Bozeman
