In Character Overview

The USS Phoenix is a "last-chance" vessel, full of Starfleet's biggest screw-ups. Pretty much everyone on the crew has done, or been accused, of a crime or negligence. The ship itself is a glorified death-trip, and the crew is equally as dangerous. If you ever get sentenced to the Phoenix, may Q have mercy on your soul.

Out of Character Overview

This ship is often referred too as USS Kittytown due to the high number of Catain characters (And NPC's) aboard the ship.
