Chris Langley is the current Media Director for the Stark for the Federation Presidential Campaign. A long-term lawyer, he served for a time as a Legal Counsel for the Palais de la Concorde under the Spock administration, and as such is considered an expert on constitutional and administrative law. His experience in politics derives primarily from these roots, and spring-boarded him into a career as a Media Director, first for a Council Member, then as the Media Director of the Palais itself during the initial Post-War years.

When it comes to experience in his own field, Langley stands ahead of most of his colleagues in the campaign. There is often much questioning, therefore, as to why he is in a relatively minor position, and placed under those - such as Ryuss and Elizabeth Malone whose experience in public management is less than his own. Langley, if questioned, usually just states that he likes 'focusing on one little picture at a time', and refuses to comment further.
