A [[New Orleans Class]] Starship pressed in to service despite having sat in mothballs for the past 15 years. Following the Atlas V incident involving Captain S'rravl T'ssarra and the USS da Gama, the Phoenix was recommissioned from Starfleet mothballs, despite the vessel's older technology and lessened capabilities.
