Federation Mobile Infantry Basic Training and AIT outline
All Federation Military Infantry Personnel go through Basic/AIT
Officers
Line Officers are selected for OCS by merit by their chain of command once they reach their first duty assignment. Staff Officers can be selected from Enlisted if said individual has a degree degree in the area of expertise, or from civilians with degree in the area of expertise.
Basic Training
First 2 week

Second 2 weeks

- ) Basic First Aid
- ) Battle Field Survival Skills
- ) Basic Radio Communication
Third 2 weeks

- ) Land Navigation
- ) Battle field Survival Skills (phase two)
7th Week
- ) Physical Testing
- ) Skill Testing
- ) Communication (Radio) Testing
- ) Graduation
Advance Individual Training (Duration depends on specialization)
- ) Infantry (5 weeks)
- ) Artillery (7 weeks)
- ) Transportation (7 weeks)
- ) Medics (9 weeks)
- ) Communication (Advance Radio / Communication devices)(9 weeks)
- ) Heavy Weapons (crew serve:: mortars, machine guns) (7 weeks)
- ) Maintenance (Vehicles,Weapons,Equipment,Electronic Gear) (9 weeks)
- ) Military Police (7 weeks)
- ) Administration (7 weeks)
- ) Engineer (9 weeks)

- Continues throughout Boot and AIT but at a much lesser intensity due to various classes and training objectives
