Boisterous. Loud. Swagger. Considers himself the sexiest male being in the galaxy. Does not see any need to do the job with one shot when a whole bunch are both more fun and leave more holes... really, Really, REALLY likes the Isomagnetic Disentigrator... The bigger the explosion, the better the weapon.

Personal History:
The early part of Aegir's childhood was spent growing up on Deep Space Seven with his ten other siblings. When the war with the Borg broke out the second litter of siblings, of which only Aegis remains, were sent away on a freighter to Trill and never heard from again. When it became apparent that DS-7 could not hold out against the Borg the rest of Aegir's family left the station with the last of the evacuation ships, the USS Christopher Reeve also bound for Trill. While in transit the vessel was attacked by the Borg but Aegir and his siblings were able to escape into the escape pods thanks to the sacrifice of their parents in covering the retreat of the kits.
After being rescued, the kits were taken to Trill and raised by their maternal grandparents, each affected in their own way by what had happened to them. When he was old enough, Aegir enlisted and after completing his degree through coreespondance courses was commissioned as an officer having gone through a lot of specialized training that would have been given to enlisted men.
