Babel

Babel is a class M world used by the Federation for peace conferences. After the incident between the USS Enterprise-F and the Vulcan High Command in early 2403, Federation Ambassadors met with Vulcan delegates on Babel to discuss Federation-Vulcan relations. However the meeting didn't go too well which lead to the Vulcans departing from the meeting. Admiral Paris informed Fleet Captain Marshall-Bennet of the meeting's status when the Vulcan High Command deployed several battle oriented crusiers near to Andoria (DS1: "Along The Stream").
