Geordi La Forge

Captain Geordi La Forge was the commanding officer of the Federation vessel Challenger. While at the relatively 'superior' age of 68, he was known to possess a sharp intelligent and confidence that befitted his capabilities.

It was documented that as a result of recent advancements in medical technology had permitted La Forge to replace his ocular implants with genetically cloned and regrown eyes. Furthur information include the presence of the Soong-type B-4 as the executive officer of the Challenger which currently serves in the EDF, aiding in the defence of Sol and other neighbouring systems.
