Claire Tauvits is the Chief of Operations on board the USS Perseus. Somewhat infamous as the daughter of the presumed-late Falco Tauvits, she has struggled somewhat to establish a reputation in her own right, an effort not helped by her assignment to a ship named in honour of one her father commanded. Regardless, she is well-known as being efficient, competent, and proved herself in the War for being capable of making and carrying through with hard decisions.

Physical Appearance: Tauvits has the features that could be considered attractive, if she cultivated them, but Claire does not. Her dark hair goes just beyond the shoulder, but she keeps it tied back a little severely; makeup is an optional addition in the mornings for her, and most of the time she does her very best to be overlooked, if at all possible. Being a blue-skinned humanoid of a species not immediately obvious does rather make going incognito somewhat difficult for Tauvits - not to mention that, despite rarely cultivating her appearance, she has a personal presence that makes it easy for her to attract the attention of a room, should she so wish.
