Nadya can have a bit of an attitude at times. She's a hard worker and a great Engineer, but she likes things done her way and she doesn't like people doing things any different.

Nadya takes more after her mother, as far as physical properties, than her father. She is petite and delicate looking, yet is not afraid to get her hands dirty.

Biography
Nadya Willis was born to Ryan and Nicole Willis on October 9th, 2380, aboard the USS Yorktown. When the war broke out, Nadya, her brother Ryan Jr and their mother were taken back to Earth along with the other families on the Yorktown. They lived in Paris, growing up knowing that one day, she and her brother would be go to the academy to help defend their homeworld from the dreaded Borg.
Life forever changed for Nadya when her mother, Nicole, was found dead on October 2nd, 2394. The two children, now 13 and 15, were taken back to Starfleet Marine Headquarters, located at Quantico, under the order of their father. The mystery surrounding her death plagued both Nadya and Ryan Jr for years, but no one was ever able to solve it.
With seemingly no other purpose in life, Nadya entered Starfleet Academy at the age of 17 in the field of Engineering. She progressed quickly and was placed in the accelerated program. In 2398, the Borg war seemed to come to an end, but the push for officers was still present.
Nadya graduated in the year 2399 and was stationed aboard the USS Gettysburg under Rear Admiral Xavier J Douglas. She fit right in with the crew, bonding in the seclusion of border patrol. But no Borg incursion happened and the Federation declared victory in the war. The Gettysburg was assigned to the First Fleet as Earth Defense. After a few years on the Gettysburg, Nadya was itching to go out and explore the universe, so she requested a transfer to the USS New Jersey.
A relic of both the Borg and the Dominion War, the New Jersey was sent out on a mission to make contact with some of the Federation worlds that had been lost during the war. Nadya and the Engineering staff never got along like she did on the Gettysburg. No one would take her serious because she was such a petite girl. No one thought she could do what she would need to do, but she soon proved them wrong. Not only did she do her own job, but she took on extra jobs, for the sole purpose of proving herself, which she eventually did.
After a few years, Nadya was offered the Chief Engineer position on the USS Ark Royal and quickly accepted.
