Civillian Dr who has been assigned to Lt Roman Dagara for the time being. It is in hopes that Dr Jacob Stevens will rejoin StarFleet as a combat medic. He was a former Lt JG. He is human, 6 feet tall and very skinny with dark black hair and dark brown eyes. He has a scar along the left cheek of his face.
