Teaser

When a powerful temporal artifact is being auctioned off to the highest bidder, the Temporal Investigations team has to take action to stop it.

Preparation

Captain Eden Enigma calls the team together to plan this covert mission. She hands out assignments, among which two of her crew are to inflitrate the casino well before the auction is to take place and report on the employees actions.

Professor Sopek, the well-known vulcan scientist, undergoes facial reconstruction surgery inorder to pass himself off as a handsome bajoran man who goes by the alias 'Khopesh'. Ensign Reino Manak, head nurse aboard the Foresight was to inflitrate the casino along side the vulcan, using the alias 'Renee'. Khopesh was to be a remarkably talented lounge singer that spawned hundred of fans from his brief casino stint, while Renee was a sultry, charismatic waitress that always had a smile and a wink when she brought you your drink.

Ponn Farr

During the close association between Sopek and Reino, strange feelings began to emerge between the two. Sopek admitted attraction to Reino, but he knew it was nothing deeper than that. He admired her, and thought she was quite physically pleasing. However, his fear that Eden would cause him harm for seducing one of her crew mixed with the fact his heart was no longer his to give, kept him from exploring these feelings. . At least at first.

Nevertheless, the two became quite close, beginning to truly understand each other and forming a bond as strong as steel. After Eden and the others had entered the casino, Sopek began to feel strange. On edge, really. He started to avoid Reino for he feared he would no longer be able to control himself around her. It took him longer than usual to figure out the cause of this. It was infact his Ponn Farr, and in the planning of this mission he had forgotten all about it.

Cursing his forgetfulness, he had no where to turn, had no idea what he might do. Luckily for him, Reino had deducted on her own what was going on and why the vulcan was acting so strange. So she took it upon herself to help her new friend the only way she knew how. She seduced him. Quite enjoyable for both parties, but it was out of necessity and not lust. The two of course, remain quite close and the secret moments they had at the casino will be theirs, and theirs alone.

Gambling Romulan

Needing someone with a big wallet and high-roller reputation, Eden Enigma recruited Taris' elder brother Pardek, to be a part of her Eleven.

Luckily, he had quite the reputation at the casino, so his appearance was not suspect. Engineer Vanna Cyria got to play the part of his 'arm candy' and Pardek took a deep pleasure in flirting with his brother's current love interest.

Pardek and Cyria were to smuggle necessary equipment through the less guarded V.I.P entrance that would be used for breaking into the safe.

During the mission, Pardek offered Eden another option, if they needed to actually buy the artifact, he would be willing to purchase it. Luckily, that did not need to happen, and the Romulan left the casino with more latinum than he came in with.

Khopesh's Charms.

Towards the end of the mission, Sopek/Khopesh was to sneak Chief Alyssa Caley behind the stage so she could access the safe. Before it was time for him to do so, The vulcan had quite a bit of fun verbally sparring with the Chief about her style of dress, or lack of dress you might say.

After the mission, Sopek found out that Arcadia Ruiz was responsible for making Caley look so feminine. In gratitude he sent Arcadia a bottle of his oldest, most robust wine as a thank you.
