Dimitri Alexandrovich

Captain Dimitri Alexandrovich is the commanding officer of the first USS Excalibur launched from Utopia Planitia over 10 years ago. When the ship was presumed destroyed shortly after it's launch Captain Alexandrovich was labeled KIA along with the rest of the crew.
