Glav is a Tellarite male, who serves as a Councillor and representative of his people stranded on Earth in the Federation Council. He lives in a Tellarite settlement near Lyon in France. Glav is close friends with Sophie Belmont who is the current Administrator of the Atlantis Project, and in 2401 agreed to bring forth a motion to the Council, appealing for funding for an exploratory phase of the project. He remains a supporter of the project, hoping that if it is successful, it will benefit his people, directly.
