PERSONAL DESCRIPTION:

Underneth the Neurian Enviromental Suit, Kroe'nn has pale skin, and though a bit lanky, strong muscles. Like most Neurians, Kroe'nn is bald. Unlike most Neurians, he has a silver goatee. He's eyes are wide and black, and his face, like the rest of his body, has taught skin, and almost skeletal features. He has very sharp teeth, and his voice is almost musical.

Like most Neurians, Kroe'nn is very sensitive light, and has to wear an enviromental suit, which has a helmet which has heavy polarized lenses. Because the suit is usually airtight, Kroe'nn's voice goes through a voice box/translator, which makes his voice seem raspy and mechanical.

Kroe'nn can see in the dark, thanks to his reflective eyes, and the Neurian abbility to see the Thermal Spectrum.

Personallity wise, Kroe'nn is an intriguing indvidual. While almost overly cautious, he is known to be headstrong, and sometimes appears to rush head long into things. Actrully, he has allready throught about his descision and used very careful consideration. He just happens to this fast.

Kroe'nn can sometimes seem very cold, and calculating, which he is. He is also a lover of art, and uses a Neurian style which uses paints that emmit Termal Radiation (hence giving it colors, even in the dark). Kroe'nn is a Martial Arts Expert, and has Mastered earth styles like Shito-kai, Tai Chi, and Judo, to Klingon Mok'bara, and Neurian Styles like Lasa-Ryio and Tama-Zaio.

Kroe'nn usually carrys his Tams (Neurian Bladed weapons that are used in pairs, similar to Earth's Tonfa) when ever he can, and the Cultural Unifrom Act which allows him to wear his enviromental suit, also allows him to do just that..as long as he dosen't use them in duty under unnaproppiate Circumstances

Kroe'nn worships the Neurian Pantheon, though he focuses the majorty of his prayers to Kaal the God of Honor, Sulta the Goddess of Exploration and Nallamai the Goddess of Darkness.

For all his cold, metallic covered exterior, Kroe'nn was not immune to the physchological effects of the Borg War. He lost two ships under his command, and a loss of many of those of who he swore to protect with his life. He has created an emotional barrier, one that seems imprevious to many things, and often makes him seem like a Cold Hearted Bastard. In truth, he is. The only thing he lives for each day, is his last love...The last remaining thing that he has sworn to protect...

BIOGRAPHY:

Born to Xadas and Zlav of Zaildon Clan, Kroe'nn was just like any other Neurian Growing up. Bright, Intelligent, and Cunning, Kroe'nn was a survivor from the day he was born into the Darkness of his underground home. Kroe'nn mastered his Martial Arts young, specializing in the unarmed and Tam styles. He also studied intensly, for his curiosity drove him constantly to learn more. By the time he reached 14 (Neurians mature faster then Humans), He had the Neurian equivalent of Masters in Thermal Dynamics, Astrophysics, and Computer Sciences, as well as Bachelors in Biology, and Anthropology.

Kroe'nn applied to Starfleet Academy at the age of 16. He applied because of his idomitable curiousity, and admiration for Xal'tema, the First Neurian in the fleet. He spent his first year at the academy getting used to his enviromental suit, and next three personilizing it.

Though he started feeling isolated because of the suit, he found comfort in a Human Goth Cadet who called herself Oni.

Kroe'nn graduated from the Academy in the top 3% of his class, his abbilities gaining himself Majors in Operations Management, Tactics, Security, and Sciences. He minored in Structural and Systems Design, Life Sciences, and Engineering.

Kroe'nn's first assignment was to the Oberth Class Vessel USS Wendet, as a Thermal Dynamics Sciences Specialist. He made Junior Science Officer before switching to Operations Management as an Operations Officer.

Kroe'nn's first Promotion came to him aboard the Wendet in 2359, when his actions at the Tactical saved the ship from destruction by a group of Rouge Klingons.

In 2361, Kroe'nn was transferred to the USS Essex as Chief Science Officer, recieving another Promotion in 2363 for "his engieuos use of planetary thermal dynamics to help power the Anagar Coloy".

Kroe'nn was transfered to the USS Ganges in 2369, as Chief Science Officer. When the Dominion War started up, Kroe'nn found that his scientific abillities where not being as used as much. For a change of pace, he switched to the Tactical and Security Tract.

His third and so far final promtion came in 2374, for his actions in the final battle against the Dominion.

The Ganges was unfortently destroyed in 2376 while patrolling the Breen Boarder, though most of the crew made it safetly via escape pods back to Starfleet Command.

Since Starfleet had a lack of vessels at this time, Kroe'nn and others where given ELOAs. Kroe'nn used this time to finish his Command Course.

When Starfleet finally had an assignment for him, he had completed his Advanced Tactical Training, Advanced Theoretical Sciences, and Command Course.

He was assigned to the USS Cardinal in 2380 as Second Officer and Chief Tactical/Security Officer.

After four years of work on the Cardinal, he was promoted to the rank of Lt Commander, and became the First Officer of the ship.

Things went well for Kroe'nn, until 2388, when he got tired of the politics of Command, and accepted a demotion to Chief of Security.

In 2391, he transfered to the USS Ganges-C as a Millitary Police Officer, and soon he headed a division.

When the borg threat emerged, Kroe'nn accepted command of the Insignia Class cruiser, USS Gangis Khan. His first assignment was a successful supply run to the front lines. More missions followed, though almost two months after accepting command, the Khan was destroyed in a conflict with a Tactical Cube.

Kroe'nn was quickly given command of the Defiant Class USS Armistice, and sent to join the Wolf 359 force.

Unfortenatly, the 359 force was swiftfully defeated. Fortenatly, by a stroke of luck, the Armistice experience one of those engine failures which made the Defiant ever so popular with Starfleet R&D, and was delayed getting there. Kroe'nn made a tactical descision and retreated to Earth to join the Defence Fleet.

Unfortenatly, when the Borg hit that fleet, the Armistice went up in a firery burst of plasma, when it rammed into a Cube. Kroe'nn beamed himself and the survivors on to the nearest unshielded vessel...the remains of a Borg Tactical Cube.

From then on to 2400, The Survivors of the Armistice where in living hell, trying to keep the remainder of the cube's life support systems on, while dodging Drones, and damaged hallways.

When Starfleet finally located and rescued the survivors, they found only one alive...and just barely too.

Kroe'nn.

Not feeling ready yet to ressume command of a starship, and also still under investigations in the nature of his unusual decisions in the Battle for Sol, Kroe'nn was assigned to the USS Ronald Reagan-A after his recooperation period was over. However, Kroe'nn had a relaspe into a form of post-traumatic stress syndrome a while later, and after that was over, was reassigned to the Starfleet Team sent to Centaurus.

As part of the command and sciences team, Kroe'nn's first objective was to get the power generating facilities on Centaurus back on line. Using a Runabout mounted phaser array, and several unorthodox system adjustments, Kroe'nn was able to get a single Thermal Energy fueled powersource back up before the Vulcan Occupation began.
