Ba'ku

Ba'ku is a class M planet with metaphasic particles stuck in a ring orbit that are in a constant state of temporal flux which in return keeps all organic life on the planet rejuvanated. The planet itself is in the Briar Patch a dangerous area of space in sector 441.

Metaphasic Particles or Metaphasic Radiation are forms of energy which can have affects on organic matter. Metphasic Particles can be found in the Ba'ku homeworld's rings. These particles help rejuvanate any organic matter on the planet or within range of the radiation field.

Status in 2405

Their planet currently consists of a small Federation colony, a Son'a colony alongside the Ba'ku settlement. The Ba'ku planet is currently protected by Deep Space One and the fleet being assembled by admiral bryan cash.An old plan was recently revived and a Fighter Divison has been assigned for the planet's further protection.Permission from the Ba'ku Council of Elders was granted and a Starfleet Base was set up in the Federation Colony.Currently Ba'ku is not a standing member of the federation.The council of elders deciding to relinquish such standing untill certain conditions withing the federation and starfleet are met.
