A former Federation star system containing the planet Benzar, which was the homeworld of the Benzite people.

The system was quickly overran by the advancing Borg along with nearby Bolarus. Starfleet was forced to retreat without putting up a fight against the massive number of Borg ships intent on gaining a foothold near the Federation core worlds.

As of 2409, the system's status was unknown.
