Early life
The only child of Anna emily Price And Johna tucker young Jenna grew up during the most troubled and turbulent time in the federation.She lost her father early on in 2380 and from there was sent to live with her aunt and uncle then LT.Colonel Jonathan Price and his wife amanda while her mother was a relief worker on beta stromgren.
She lived a fairly idilic life on the family estate in Georgia before the first signs of the war really started to impact earth.Her Aunt amanda was very devoted to making sure Jenna had every opportunity to explore things that interested her and she found enjoyment in.
Jenna's life came crashing down when her mother failed to evacuate from beta stromgren and stayed behind with a group of wounded civilians.Reports of the starfleet defense of beta stromgren are unknown still to this day.
Following tradition
Jenna excelled in her studies during school but ultimately found no direction for her life in academia .A surprise visit from her uncle john provided the push to get her moving in the right direction.Her mothers side of the family had at least one person out of every generation that served in the armed forces of the earth of starfleet and the federation.Going back over 400 years the price family had given of it's sons and daughters.She finished out her term in school and then enlisted in the federation marine corps.She completed basic and specialist training school and went on to be assigned to a platoon in the first division based on alpha centauri where she spent most of the borg war.
She was put on report several times for various reasons.Jenna has a tendency to drink to much at times and wears her heart on her sleeve.Described as incredibly brave, loyal, and unbeatable in a fire fight Jenna is an indispensable soldier in a time where every good fighter is needed.
She rose through the ranks eventually becoming platoon leader shortly after the corps was dissolved in favor of the new federation mobile infantry.She was reassigned again as a platoon leader in command of a orbital defense battery on alpha centauri.She was injured during the vulcan invasion when her orbital platform was destroyed and she was blown away from the debris.She was recovered by the starship Ticonderoga floating in her envirosuit barely alive.
Four months of surgery and rehabilitation followed and jenna was never quite sure if she would be able to serve in any sort of active combat role again.

Jenna had the unique opportunity of serving on the corp to infantry transition committee as the commisioned officer representative.Picked from a pool of 1000 potential candidates.She was the lowest ranking member of the committee but was instrumental in crafting several policies to make the move from the corp easier for the average soldier.
Uncle Price
Johnathan Price the CnC of the FMI and uncle to young jenna was a role model for the young woman before and after she enlisted in the FMI.Not one to grant any sort of favoritism to his niece he encouraged her to go the complicated route of officer command school.
His guidance and encouragement have been sources of strength to jenna during the rough patches in her life.
