Jonathan Jefferson

Jonathan Jefferson was the supposed head of the Scardia organisation in the early 25th century.

In 2405, he would hire one Bryan Davies and the crew of the SS Starlight to acquire Quantum Torpedoes from the Starfleet installation known as Frost Base.

Among his aid to the mission, he would lease the mercenary Wyatt.
