Personal
Roman is a former Marine who believed his talents lay in the Medical field. He used his Marine abilities to gain himself into a place where he could train to become a Field Medic later he became a Head Nurse on board the USS Horizon. With his leaving of The Horizon he returned to school to get his Doctor certification. When he got his liscence he worked briefly for Starfleet but later he left to get married to Amina Jalovel and they moved to Bajor. During the war he returned to service this time as a Civillian to help out with medical. Eventually he returned to StarFleet as a full officer
Biography
Roman Dagara was an average human who lived in Portugal for much of his youth. He was known to love sports and had hoped he would play for one of the Sports Teams. But that was not to happen as the war broke out and he moved to become a Marine and a Field Medic. When he finished that he had the Nurse Certification and moved to the USS Horizon as the Head Nurse. However his goal and aspiration was to become a full Doctor. When he decided to leave and return to Starfleet Medical he studied and managed to get his Doctor status. He took a position briefly with the USS Endromene. He was there about 6 months when he and Amina Jalovel decided it was time for Marriage. They moved back to Bajor where he opened up his own practice with Jalovel. There they stayed until the War with the Borg threatened all they held dear. They went back into service as civillian Dr.s to help out with the crisis. Now they are both back in the fleet and both working there way to becoming a standard bearer in Medicine.
