This ship doesn't exist in FE, it's not on List of starship names. Albert, where does it get *assigned*?

Quick clarification: Not trying to say anyone did something wrong, if it's mentionned on the simm, it's canon, it's just... we need to put it on the list, and it has to be assigned to a fleet to be on the list.

This one is my bad. I was supposed to add it after The Phoenix cappy asked me for permission to use the name during that mission a while back and never did. It was supposed to replace one of the other ships names. As i never cared for the USS Mateo as a ship name.
