Walton's Species

Walton's Species is an ancient race of software entities, discovered by Caroline Walton aboard the USS Chimera in 2409. Thus far, only a single member of this species is known to presently exist. These beings predate even the Ancient Humanoids who seeded the galaxy with their genetic material, making them perhaps the oldest species Starfleet has ever made contact with.
