The ''Enterprise'' would lead a relief force consisting of forty-two starships mostly from the [[Fourth Fleet|Fourth Fleet’s]] [[Task Force 17]] to Qo’nos, bringing medical supplies, food, 500 Olrem class orbital defence weapons platforms, and other resources the Klingons would soon need to defend their homeworld.
