Former Chief Operations Officer aboard Deep Space 1 whilst Fleet Captain Bennett was in charge of the station.
Bruce was given a battle field promotion to Lieutenant Commander whilst serving aboard USS Ark Royal, the promotion was given to him by Captain Darky in recognition for his efforts to get the big lady to her dance on time.
