Coordinator was a rank given to the commander and supreme headof the Cerberus Institute, as it's name suggests it deals with the singular voice through which orders were given to the various Directors of the Institute's cells, such as The "Hellhounds".
Primarily the identity of this person was only known to select personnel and primarily to the President and Vice-President of the Federation respectively.
