Tal Celes a Bajoran Starfleet officer who served on the USS Voyager during its seven year journey through the Delta Quadrant as an engineering crewmember. After the ship's return home she went on to become an officer. In 2403 she held the rank of commander, commanded the USS Archimedes NCC-100741 and was part of the Starfleet Re-Development Operations division (DS1: "The Vulcan Connection").
