Justin Tancred a disgraced member of the SABREs, once assigned to SS Bounty he was removed after his heavy handed attempts at restraining several Vulcan's on Alpha Centauri's main starport when they attempted to impound the Bounty. After this he was shipped back to earth where he faced a court martial.
