Utopia Plantia Ship Yards or Utopia Plantia Fleet Yards is one of the largest orbital starship research, development and construction platforms in all of the Federation.
The yards currently rest in orbit of Mars and mass produce a number of ships for Starfleet. Overall command of the base is overseen by Captain Gregory Fernandez.
