The Betazoids are a humanoid species with there homeworld Betazed, The planet is a standing member of the United Federation of Planets.
Betazoids are one the surface mostly identical to Humans in most aspects. The only noticable difference is that the irises of there eyes are black. They can cross breed with several known species including humans and even Klingons.
