Star Trek: Hell Hounds is a PBF sim focusing around the activities of the "flagship team" of the Cerberus Institute, Cell Alpha, better known as the Hell Hounds based autonomously throughout the Federation in the early 25th century in the aftermath of the Federation Civil War.

Unlike it's predecessors, this incarnation of the Hellhounds attempts to present a glimpse into such organisations as Section 31, SSI and not solely around organisations based from bodies such as FMI, SSI or SABRE.
