Kaynes Eira is the Campaign Manager for the Stark for the Federation Presidential Campaign. A former Bajoran resistance member during the Cardassian Occupation, Kaynes has also sat on the Federation Cabinet as Secretary of the Treasury. She is considered one of the Federation's foremost political experts when it comes to the economy, and an utterly pragmatic civil servant.
