48 year old leader of the 7th EDF squadron the FireBirds. A survivor of the borg war cranston is one of the last old guard pilots left that remembers the way starfleet used to be. He sat out the last half of the war on earth at Starfleet Academy readying new pilots for the conflict. Cranston has grown increasingly frustrated lately with the state of the federation and starfleet.
