The Geronimo is an older Akira Class starship which defected to Admiral Cash's growing fleet of renegades in middle 2404. It served as a base of operations for the Fire Birds for some time.
After the Renegade Armada dissolved, the Geronimo was brought back to Starfleet and assigned to the Earth Defense Force.
