Starfleet Medical

Starfleet Medical is the department which handles the health and medical sciences for the Federation in the 25th Century. The headquarters for Starfleet Medical was moved to Sydney, Australia on Earth in 2390. Vice Admiral Gai'lar M.D currently resides as Head of Starfleet Medical since the death of doctor Beverly Crusher in 2403.

Starfleet Medical has several departments. One of them includes Starfleet Emergency Medicine which is headed by Captain Joe Zimmerman M.D.
