Richard Sade

Richard Sade is a Starfleet captain of the USS Sulu. In 2403 after contact was lost with the USS Enterprise-F at Vulcan, Admiral Paris ordered Sade to take the Sulu under cloak to investigate. The Sulu latter escorted the flagship to Andoria after contact was established (DS1: "The Vulcan Connection").
