A politician and academic who entered the Marine Corps on the outbreak of war out of a sense of patriotic duty, he is considered to be one of the driving forces behind many aggressive policies the Council embraces. He has recently announced his candidacy for the Presidential elections of 2405, and is certainly one of the more hawkish candidates.
