The Federation Supreme Court was mentioned in a DS9 episode and the Federation Judiciary Council was mentioned in Articles of the Federation, as a sub council of the Federation Council. Both have been seen as the same thing, however the Judiciary Council in AotF is made up of members from the Federation Council and the Federation President can apparently sit in on hearing being led by the Council. I'm kinda leaning to the idea that they are both the same thing with the official governmental name being the Federation Juiciary Council, which has picked up the name after many decades since its existance as the Supreme Court. Thoughts anyone? MJ
