He is tasked to maintain and develop the day-to-day operations of the councillor’s agenda. Warknen had worked with the former head of state for Betazoid in a similar deputy position and excelled in it. He is young, has dark sandy coloured hair which was complimented by his lightly tanned skin and deep black eyes. He had been drafted in by Keaton's chief of staff Estefania Callas to join the councillor's staff.
