Detapa Council

The Detapa Council is the official governing body of the Cardassian Union. The Council is tasked with running the Union having power over the Cardassian Military and all Cardassian affairs. The Council is made up of all civilian members with the exception of one person who is from the Cardassian Military. This person is granted the title of Chief Military Advisor and sits on the council representing the military. Currently the head of the Detapa Council is Legate Garak.
