Belire Kazlaf is an Elaysian woman from Gemworld and works for Councillor Shannon Keaton as her advisor of political affairs. She always appeared the most comfortable person in any room she was in, even with her exoskeleton support suite on and sat in the chair she was bound to while living in any M class gravity environment. Kazlaf had a sharp wit about her, something Shannon hugely liked and she excelled in her job in keeping Keaton up to date with the latest events happening in the political scenery of the Federation.
