Commander Rebeki is an El-Alurian Starfleet officer who has high degrees in biology as well physics. She became quite known in the Federation for creating the first adaptable environmental systems to allow different aliens with different biological needs to use the same life support systems in unison. This advancement led to her becoming the leader of Project Harmony.
