Romulan

Romulans are decendants of ancient Vulcan settlers on the planet Romulus. Their ancestors spilt off from the Vulcan people and formed their own colony. They developed into the Romulan Star Empire who before the war hels considerable territory in the Beta Quadrant.

Earth has become home to most of the refugees from Romulus displaced during the war and a Romulan station has been built in orbit.
