Starfleet Science

Starfleet Science is the department in Starfleet dedicated to the overview of the Federation's advancement in matters of science and research, often influencing Starfleet in exploratory missions and first contacts.

Its headquarters were moved from Warsaw, Poland to Tokyo, Japan in 2399 after the devastation wrought upon Earth at the Battle of Sol. The current head of the department is Vice Admiral T'Varel.
