Starfleet Corps of Engineers is the division within Starfleet which is dedicated to the Federation's advancement in technology and engineering sciences.
The Corps is also responsible in assisting Re-Development Operations with construction efforts to the Federation fleet and other important operations. It is headed by Admiral Montgomery Scott.
