Located along the Northern San Francisco dock line, the Marina Restaurant is a favourite eatery for senior Human Starfleet Officers, specialising in fine Earth cuisine. A small collection of alien delicacies is also on offer, however the restaurant owner, Umberto Siglione ("Bert" to close friends), has trouble importing some foreign foods.
Unberto Siglione
"Bert" is a man wider than he is tall, with a passion for food and San Francisco. He is noted by patrons for having a deep laugh, and the ability to cook fifteen meals at once, whilst taking the time to entertain his customers in the front of house.
