The United Federation of Planets Department of Justice is the governmental department which is tasked in maintaining all Federation legal affairs. This includes upholding the Articles of the Federation and advising the executive branch of the Federation government on all legal issues. .
The Department of Justice is run by the United Federation of Planets Attorney General.
